steels<\/strong><\/h4><p>In the range of quenching and tempering steels, CrMo steels such as <strong>25CrMo4<\/strong>, <strong>30CrMo4<\/strong>, <strong>42CrMo4<\/strong> and <strong>50CrMo4<\/strong> are widely used. These steels differ from each other in their carbon content and consequently in their hardenability. Two of these steels, <strong>25CrMoS4<\/strong> and <strong>42CrMoS4<\/strong>, are also available in a micro-resulphurized version and one of them, <strong>42CrMo4Pb<\/strong>, also in a lead-added version to achieve the best performance during machining.<\/p><p>In the category of NiCrMo steels, which due to the presence of nickel are more hardenable and tougher than CrMo steels, we find <strong>39NiCrMo3<\/strong>, also available in its Pb version, <strong>34CrNiMo6<\/strong> and finally <strong>40NiCrMo7<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
